Damon Brown
Manages the real estate title and closing practice of Brown & Thompson, PLLC. He represents clients in matters involving real estate, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, business/corporate matters, title insurance and contract law. He regularly handles Commercial, VA, FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, Portfolio, SBA and Conventional transactions. He frequently represents parties in foreclosure actions. Mr. Brown received his B. A. in Political Science from the University of Louisville in 1991, and his J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1994. He is a member of the Fayette County, Kentucky and American Bar Associations, and the Kentucky Land Title Association. He is a member of the Real Estate Section of the Fayette County and Kentucky Bar associations and has lectured to various professionals on real estate, title, and other related issues. He is an Approved Attorney and Agent for Chicago Title/Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company.
Jan H. Thompson

Alex Cain
A lifelong Lexingtonian, Alex graduated from Henry Clay High School.
She moved to Charlottesville, Virginia, where she received her B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Virginia. Alex earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2011.
Alex serves on the Board of Directors of God’s Pantry Food Bank and serves as the President of the UVA Club of the Bluegrass.
