Daniel H. Miller

Daniel H. Miller serves as a title and closing attorney, and handles general real estate matters in Court, representing clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions and matters, including mortgage lenders, buyers, sellers, and property investors.

He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky (B.B.A, 1982), where he
became a member of the Kappa Alpha Order, and the University of Louisville School of
Law (J.D., 1988), where he served on the staff of the Journal of Law & Education, and
the Moot Court Board. He is admitted to practice in U.S. District Court (Eastern and
Western Districts of Kentucky) and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has served his profession
as a pro bono attorney, Chair of the Real Property Section of the Fayette County Bar
Association, Chair of the Kentucky Bar Association Real Property Law Section, and is a
Life Fellow of the Kentucky Bar Foundation. He serves as a board member of the
Mortgage Bankers Association of the Bluegrass, and Home Builders Care.

Mr. Miller has served the community by serving on the boards of the Realtor-Community
Housing Foundation, Lexington Rotary Club, and Boy Scouts of America; and has served
the Commonwealth on the Kentucky Heritage Council, and locally on the Fayette County
Board of Elections. He was presented with the Yearling Award and Dochterman Scouting
Award by the Lexington Rotary Club, and was named Outstanding Eagle Scout by the
Blue Grass Council, BSA. Scouting has recognized him with the District Award of Merit
and the Silver Beaver Award. He is an Ordained Deacon of the Presbyterian faith, and
member of Centenary United Methodist Church where he serves as a Boy Scout troop
